Premier Personnel has initiated a new award that we will be presenting annually.  It is meant to show recognition to someone who has dedicated significant time and effort in delivering direct services to individuals using Supported Employment supports.  We are looking for nominees that meet the following criteria:  The person should have been involved in the supported employment field for at least 10 years (not necessarily all with the same company), they are known for the excellence of their service delivery, they show commitment to the people that they work with, and they set a positive example for everyone else in the supported employment field.  The winner will be selected by Premier Personnel based on how well we feel they meet the criteria listed.  Their will be a presentation of a placque to the winner, there will be a press release sent to the local media, the winner will be noted in a couple of different newsletters and websites, and they will receive an appreciation lunch.  Please submit the names of your nominees to Ernie Thiessen or Barry Wood along with a brief explanation of why you believe the person  meets our criteria and merits this award.  This is a great opportunity to show some appreciation to someone in your organization.
